Located directly west of Burrard St., the Kitsilano border runs south down Burrard St. to W 16th heads west to Alma St. then north to the shores of English Bay. Mostly known for Kitsilano Beach and Kitsilano Beach Park, the community is also home to the larger Vanier Park, which houses the Vancouver Maritime Museum and the HR MacMillan Space Centre. As the properties in Kits were mostly built on the 70’s, you will find Kitsilano condos for sale less modern but more spacious than other units available in Vancouver.
